Maverick Vance, co-founder of Monarch Care Co., was inspired to start this company after witnessing his grandfather’s battle with Alzheimer’s and his grandmother’s journey with dementia. Their experiences revealed the critical need for compassionate, high-quality care for those affected by these conditions. Maverick understands that taking great care of caregivers and uplifting them is essential to ensuring they can provide the best possible care to seniors. Born and raised in Houston, he is dedicated to serving his community and enhancing the lives of both seniors and their families.

With over five years of experience in sales, marketing, and recruitment, Maverick complements his mother, Alice Neves’s expertise in senior care. His experience spans essential areas such as hiring, financial management, and leadership, enabling him to attract and retain top talent while fostering a positive work environment. His focus on client care and team management helps create a cohesive, high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional service.

Outside of work, Maverick is engaged to his fiancée, Brooke, and they share their home with two beloved dogs, Hendrix and Don. He is also a proud Texas A&M University alumnus, bringing his passion for community and service into everything he does at Monarch Care Co.
